Short read the manual and taken a few tips:
Do not heat vegetable oil too heavily on, / recipes / etc.
Of course, I was looking forward to my first French, so I stood next to the fryer, put a vegetable fat and ignored the whole process. The temperature, I have switched to low and the added vegetable fat only in bits and pieces, The heating was not even covered, and there begins in that moment, to burn the heater! Was also very fast to a big flame in the deep fryer. As a precaution, the unit went into safe mode and was confronted by the high heat automatically ... and thereby destroyed itself.
The device is now unusable because it is defective.
Other negatives are that the stainless steel cladding was very sharp and there is a risk one takes to it to cut.
I personally advise on the device, since it may not be giving a fire in the first time !!!
