For 30, - Euro, he was discovered in a supermarket, and bought for testing times.
Connectors: 2x Scart, antenna in and out (for looping through the antenna signal directly to the TV) and a digital coax Audioasugang.
Since the actual TV is to take place on TV, so even tinkered a 2nd cable with screw connector, and connected the receiver to the TV.
On the manufacturer's website first the firmware update as well as the mini-program is downloaded to the transmitter Order.
Update done easily via the USB stick, then the PC re-sorts the transmission. That used to program is simple and makes sorting and deleting more comfortable
directly via the receiver. Partly filled with New Senders List, completed.
The picture and the sound was good. Not worse than the receiver on the TV.
Initial tests of the PVR function revealed no problems, neither during recording nor during playback of the recording.
The EPG is easy knit, but fits the price range. More I also expected bicht.
Cons (but you should also note that the unit cost is why this fall for me not so significant, but I mention them for completeness!):
- No power switch (for 1.50 a plug with switch plugged in between)
- Makes remote so-so (pressure point, narrow angle of the signal), but what it should
- EPG easy, shipments will not be stored with a name (as the grandfather but not soooo often what wants added, passts already)
Benefits (predominate in my eyes simply)
- Small size
- PVR function and playback of MPEG and JPEG files (not tested play, not in use) and for the 30 -
- There is a website and updates !!!!
- Picture and sound good
- By zapping walks briskly
All in all a recommendable receiver, especially for CRT TV owners and those who desire from time to time a PVR function.
Become with a better remote wärens 5 stars (based on price / performance)
