Well, what can I say:

Today I received the plasma ball, taken properly into operation, and about 15 seconds watching the flashes.
Then it made a sudden "krrkrrk" and the "lamp" was no longer on.

So much money for so much failure can not be tolerated.

Will it bring right back to somewhere Post and order me another plasma ball; then determines something higher quality!
