We have the Tempera pan has been going for about a year. And can only confirm what many others who report use this pan for more than three months. At first everything was wonderful. Pancakes goes even without oil, thus not even the typical pancakes smell in the whole house. And with a little practice works even without contact spatula or other aids. Simply courageously the pan and retracting already misses the pancake from the pan and turns. Without spill oil or other mess. Also meat or potatoes simply brilliant. But then comes the inevitable day that you discover some residues in the pan that are also with long soaking can not be removed. These residues are virtually non-palpable, but appear as dull spots on the coating and therefore everything starts to foul. One notices the increasingly frequent and violent food, especially fried, scrambled eggs and pancakes caking. Even with a lot of oil in the pan apples of the apple pancake are me so strongly that no longer bake the pan is really clean. It will probably soon be discarded and replaced with a hopefully tauglichere. Another Silitpfanne with conventional coating that we now have about three quarters of a year (then bought at REWE-action), their service does without any problems and can be very well so far clean. Although much cheaper.
Conclusion: I can only advise against any of the pan, which will use this for more than three months.
