Almost all the old .....

Well, even a generally quite typical BRMC plate with contrast showers of quiet melancholy / hypnotic pieces and straighter Rocknroll Parts. With nearly 1 hour of play, at least not stingy, the cover artwork pleasantly simple, aesthetically and yet informative of the lyrics.

During the first hearing, I found the plate over the older works calmer, more relaxed, while "By counting" but quite balanced mix of each 6 down and 6 mid-tempo tracks. Nevertheless, for the first time for me at this outweighs plate of melancholy almost depressive character ..... blame probably the death of the Father of Robert Been.

Despite all the adversities of life: the album is for me in their discography is not necessarily their strongest, the album thrives on its own consistent mood, fans of BRMC will continue to get their money, but the really big personal for me killer tracks the previous albums such as "As sure as the sun" from the 2001 album, or "Stop" / "In like the rose" / "Generation" / "Suddenly" and others from the 2003 album (Take them on your own) I lack.

Despite above average by today's standards album, but the first time a star deduction compared to previous albums (which I still consistently 5 star concede) due to the yet so one or the other inspiration weakness. I listen to the album in four weeks always like to and that is in itself a good sign ..... it wins at multipass hearing zunehmends and is developing the so typical BRMC character
