- Story:
The story of the game played at a time when, once again threatened evil Hyrule, this time in the form of Yuga, the exiled sages gradually in painting. After this has also happened with Zelda, one comes with Link to Lorule, a mirror dimension of Hyrule, where you have to free the trapped modes and Zelda. As you can see, the story is, as always with the Zelda series oscar not free, but it is sufficient motivation to go through the game. What I missing something in this game, however, is the presentation of the history that is here hardly told, wanted or not with cutscenes. So one pulls the Spielrein in the range of a few, the other games of recent years have shown that this is going better. This means for me therefore a small flaw, which is one reason why the fifth Star Unfortunately, can not be given.
- Sound / graphics:
Zelda typical of the sound of the game is very intuitive, it is also very nice that you can pay at the tavern of Kakariko in Hyrule two Spielmann people to play old themes. I am here very sure that the sound of the game leans close to ALTTP, old fans will fall so in a nostalgic rush, new players get as usual good mood. The graphics of the game is also very atmospheric and stands out well from the styles of the last handheld title, except for the remake of Ocarina, from, but also sprayed partly a nice retro charm in the style of the early and mid-90s. It runs beyond anything liquid, in this dual area makes Nintendo therefore everything right.
- Dungeons:
In the area of the dungeon I am surprised that Nintendo brings into existence even after all these years so many interesting. Also and just jumping into the wall comes here very often to wear, looks but never placed, but suitably integrated. Whether as a deep ice tower or a desert palace, the one explored in two dimensions, the dungeons are never bored, however, they are not overly long, which also is probably the Itemsystem, and this also ensures that you have no Dungeon series consequence, the need to be followed. The bosses, however, are varied, but rarely unschaffbar difficult.
- Itemsystem
Yes, the controversial Itemsystem of ALBW. I'm a fan of the old school, that is you go into dungeons, find there important objects and skin so that at the end of the final boss an upside. Here it is now so that you can borrow against most items rubies or buy later to a higher amount. The problems here are only those that a) upon the death lose the items that must therefore borrow new and b) thus losing the Dungeons something about motivation, because you have now only find the Endgegnerschlüssen and then defeat him. It is missing a step, for example, came with Ocarina in without bow and arrow does not go through the rest of the forest temple. I have since prefer the old system with more flair than the more open system of this game. Moreover, you will not find all items from the merchants, but some just yet in dungeons, which restricts the freedom to choose something. Otherwise you can be selling items at Mama Maimai upgrade, so the bow misses by three arrows and the fire crew is from the small flame vortex, a large flame tornado. Is it possible to have, but is not relevant for the game. Oh, there are no more volumes, ie x y arrows or bombs, but they are as all items and also the wall running through the endurance supplied that is expandable once. This, however, I like quite better than the not demanding purchse of materials. And of course there are also various potions and even fairies, facilitate a fight the craft.
Others:
In the field of secondary employment, the game offers a handful, but no other side quests. It directs a so little of the main story from, the world has got not very big despite two levels, one may jump around by witches' broom taxi quickly on distributed tap statues. One can thus very fluid game play through in not too long ago but fun makes it definitely.
So I can put any Zeldafan the title only to the heart, whether new players or fans of old ALTTP. However, the Itemsystem takes out some motivation, what my game tarnishes slightly.
