So I played around. Gamepads, clear. But I need to just what shooter with mouse precision. So I've tried trackballs. It is this, where the ball is above in the fingers - which is not good for gaming. I need my forefinger and middle / ring finger for other things.
So I tried the trackball with the thumb ball. Who was forever on the go with 'normal' mice, have to get used. But more than familiarization is not.
Meanwhile, I have no more problems with the shoulder or wrist, and in many games I am the trackball precise than earlier with the mouse. I need no more mouse shelf on the desk. You move so the thumb and the ball and not the mouse.
Property me so soon nen second M570 bought for the office (my two trackballs together are cheaper than some gaming mouse). Even after a few months, I have found no signs of wear. The battery lasts forever, the Batterianzeige is simple and clear. That thing can clean up easily.
The only thing I could wish for, gimmicks in design would be (more colors, for example, a colorful ball).
Can only recommend the trackball, especially for people for whom ergonomics and health during long gaming sessions are interesting.
