Hello, I post a detailed comment because I just bought blindly and hope that it works. I have an iPad Air 1 and it fits perfectly into one of the 3 bases proposed. Each base model is suitable for iPad. The point of attachment to a heavy piece of furniture is no risk for your iPad. In addition, your iPad is fully seated in the stand so it will not fall. The stem is hard to handle: downside? No! at least there will be very little play in the movement when you want the tablet remains fixed. A great product if you have an iPad Air, or mini 2/3/4. Apparent good quality.
