Since I operate sports but an inherently faster Nitro (hardgainer) am happy, this product has helped me to my goal to get closer.
Obesity is on everyone's lips but Underweight (or people add to it is difficult to weight) are often ridiculed, because many do not know how hard it can be to take as a hardgainer enough calories to build up to mass. Whoever has tried various carbohydrate / protein shake combinations, sure knows the problem with the associated consistency of such drinks and the saturation that this is associated with.
For people who have difficulty gaining weight in conjunction with sports, I think this product is also useful.
These should, however, say that I use Fresubin as supplement to daily balanced diet.
Pros and cons in my opinion are the following:
PRO:
+ Used as effectively as very high-calorie snack (High Energy Density)
+ The product can be used for complete nutrition in nursing (So no deficiency symptoms since both vitamins, minerals and trace elements are plentiful. Unlike many supplements on the market).
+ The consistency is enjoyable. It is relatively low viscosity as compared to the mixed powder drinks.
+ It saturates hard (for me the biggest selling point, because I can use it as a snack and still can take 3 energy-rich meals without any problems to me.
+ It must not be touched (no rinse)
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- The price is exorbitantly higher compared to powder drinks.
(In the long run certainly a non-negligible point)
For me personally, therefore the positive aspects outweigh because me a product that is given to the hand it makes me easy and simple to build mass. The price is not without any opt for use as a supplement, but it has for itself.
