Furthermore I use magnesium chloride spray for my face, in a combination of magnesium chloride, some vitamin C and Aloe Vera as a tonic for my feet and joints, most recently also in baths (foot / and full bath).
As far as I can judge the applications, my general condition has definitely improved. But this is certainly not attributable to all magnesium chloride, as I among other things a vitamin D - make substitution, take daily about 10g Vitamin C to me and beyond even my pH largely in the alkaline range hold. So I had, for example, earlier found that Wadenkrämfe were not to eliminate the intake of magnesium, vitamin D was only as successful!
