The author gives realistic advice and common sense and offers many exercises to practice them. The explanations are clear and lively style makes you want already by itself to apply what is written! What I particularly liked was that the author has not been sought in the complex: the key is to develop simple habits, which, placed end to end, can make a huge difference.
As a teacher, I particularly recommend his book to students who feel stressed when approaching their exams or who are struggling to get motivated in their work. And, it will also be useful to anyone (even adults) who want to simplify their lives or feel more relaxed at work.
