... In your pocket (well when needed, an acoustic notebook), this handy little camera by Rollei!
During the daily dog walk in the woods and on the heath, it happened to my husband and me often that we see a fascinating sun-up or sunset, a beautiful tree, a flower, an animal or a captivating cloud image that you so much want to hold but then usually lacks the camera to take that kind of scene.
We take the trouble, and take one of our expensive and slightly more compact cameras, we often look for a motive, but do not find what you are. So that's now times in life when you look at the right moments ...
The younger people in our area use in such situations just their mobile phone, with which they make important (or even unimportant) images and save them by the hundreds.
Although we also have a mobile phone, but only fulfilled its intended purpose: namely telephoning -or in a Notsituation- to take pictures, if, for example (as happened recently) has a car accident and have to hold the event for insurance or police. Overall, the Rollei 10841 is a good camera, with which one can make excellent landscape shots and also otherwise good pictures (close-up). You can see the quality of the Rollei course not compare it with a camera, which is considerably more expensive and more opportunities, especially for the veteran, offers. But the Rollei provides solid, good and beautiful pictures. But much also depends on the photographer and his skill.
For photo beginners, or for people who always like to have on hand a camera, this camera is highly recommended. For children I consider him a reason for not particularly ideal, and this is also the reason for my one star deduction: The housing is made of plastic and I worry that some parts (eg the cover of battery and memory card), a too violent will survive and frequent opening and closing is not without prejudice. Pity! Because a metal housing would probably not cause much higher costs in the production, but would last longer and that would be me anyway worth the fifth star:
That the company Rollei can be something that can be seen in the older models, all of which were made with metal housings ...
