I have only read about 3 of 5 books, but from all I was very excited. Wells wins in his books that somehow always build on curiosities of science to represent these curiosities (The time travel, for example) as such logical that one wonders "Sure, why is there as yet none have guessed ..? ! " Probably a bit too easily imagined, but so far I felt in all three of the five books so that I was completely flattened by the logic and the subsequent history very impressed. I'm usually not a big fan of science fiction, but here stands that the books come from a very different time, namely from 100 years ago. There occur no oversized computer and technology, which are the quasi people far ahead. No, it's science fiction without a computer science and therefore all the more exciting, because such stories are indeed almost become unimaginable for us ... worlds without a computer ?! But! Such stories go, and even exceedingly well! The reading books away as if they had only 10 pages, of course, English comes also from another era, but understood to exceptions, quite well. All in all I'm very happy that I've found to Wells!
