Annoying beeping spoils fun on Sound System

I was looking for a system that does not spread the speakers around the room and still sounds good. This does the device very well. The BluRay playback is also very good, however, takes the start with some films for a long time. Many ports, extra iPod holder, that's all very well. Also the sound is still strong for such small speakers.

Unfortunately, the device has two major weaknesses: it beeps when switching on and off, I have no switch found for parking. That would not be so bad if there were not weakness 2: the device constantly turns on by itself on or off, in some cases during the movie. Whether this is due to the built-in proximity sensor, I can not say it happens even without that you pass on the device. Especially at night (unit is now in the bedroom) totally unacceptable. It therefore depends on a switched power outlet, now is rest. An email request to the Samsung support was unfortunately unanswered, therefore only 3 stars.
