The charging cable is the latest generation of Apple charging cable from the house Poweradd.
It is advertised that there are no restrictions with respect to the original Apple. So far I could not notice any problems during charging / syncing my iPhone.
The Lightning connector works fine in both directions.

What is better / worse / different can / power than its predecessor, I can not say exactly. It just works without any problems.
A small bonus: The cable does not come with a plastic wrap for bundling, but with a Velcro strap. The same can of course be super useful when the cable is not even required. Fast winding and bundling the cable with the Velcro strap. So also knotted nothing.

So I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
