I needed a replacement for the loss of value MicroUSB cable from Samsung because again the newer Samsung Galaxy phone the little-used cable supplied suddenly made no contact or only sporadic work at all.

Because I do not want to pay high prices to Samsung for poor goods, and miserable experience had with its service partners, I have this convenient cable chosen because it works for data and charging. And it does.
