I have-been using these for Some Time now. Grab at least 2 or 3 if you-have an offset smoker. If you are grilling on smaller surfaces, just grab a handful and wrap em in foil, close the lid and let it do icts thing. The bright side of buying the bags is ready icts. Sometimes I will soak em (if using the offset) Sometimes I will just wrap em and toss' em on the grill (Weber Q-240)
1 bag will last me a while, just to buy more goal be safe.
Update 15 / 08- A Few I bought more for my bags offset smoker. 1/2 bag will last a smoke. Roughly 6 handfuls Throughout ribs 3-2-1 tuxedo style A couple of handfuls for beef ribs. Really depends on what you cook with. Pick up A Few bags.
