The LED lamp is not suitable with 3 watt than direct lighting, for example, as a reading lamp, I put most readers ahead than basic knowledge. The 3 watt give as indirect illumination from a very good brightness. However, the closer the object to be illuminated is, the more formed especially when changing colors, color mixtures or an unsightly corona, which never disappears even in distant lighting throughout. In a usage example in a display case, or as a backlight for television, these shortcomings, however, fall hardly significant.
A crisp white can not be achieved because there is a significant, internal and external color corona can be seen.
There are 16 color modes, including the white part unspecified definable. 4 dimming levels, and 4 settings for color change option (slow, fast, with color transition or without), as well as the on / off switch perfecting the whole.
Unfortunately, the light source does not have a "color memory", so that you turn the switch on / over the lamp switch or when separated from the power supply, is always confronted with an automatic color change, which will be reset to the original setting firstonce again. It would have been nice when you turn in their original hue lit the lamp, which was set in both cases. So one remains for off / just turn on the supplied infrared remote control to work around this "problem".
The included remote control seems to cheap but fully meets its purpose, as long as there are no obstacles in the way, such as a fixed, closed / r lampshade / enclosure, or the distance is too great. When using a plurality of these lamps, they can be all controlled by a remote control. This may be beneficial in a uniform's desired hue different LED in different color preferences of this, however, can also attract an adverse effect by itself, since it is difficult to individually control each lamp.
The light source is very robust. When I think, in which a dilapidated condition packaging, bagged only one plastic bag of Royal Mail arrived with me, I thought of an irreparable inoperability. But that was not the case.
Those looking for an LED light that inexpensive, robust, but also has an acceptable brightness with indirect lighting, and can live with the shortcomings I have described above, is the right place for this bulb. Expectations too high, however, you should not put on this LED lamp.
From the price / performance ratio but absolutely okay because LED lights, with and without the defects described by me, but in some cases are significantly more expensive.
