Having no Gamecube in 2002 it was with this port on the Wii I had the opportunity to discover this remake of Resident Evil. The sets are pre-calculated 3D but the gameplay & graphics have not aged badly & the game is easy to handle and he seems less archaic Resident Evil 0. The story certainly remains the same vein as in the original Playstation but the packaging makes the difference & makes it really stressful game & it's nice to be facing a real survival horror where you must save its cartridges & thoughtful solve puzzles, interesting & well integrated into the story. The game does contain some black spots: bumps too easy & the hunters much less aggressive than PS1 but nothing insurmountable. In short, an excellent game that makes me nostalgic for the days of true RE much more exciting that episodes 5 & 6. It is obvious that the Wii version will have no interest in them and those who have played on Gamecube there 10 years.
