I had had enough of these new pressure cookers SEB (SEB or not) with pseudo fast locking systems and user-leaking in less than 2. I am delighted with this return to good old reliable closure system and so complicated to use.
I love the whistle that turns so as not to stick any water vapor in the same direction.
I love the reasonable cost of the seal cover it will certainly change one day.
