Becker Support impossible

Actually the Navi deserved 5 stars. So a receiving strong Navi I had never. Even in the living room with another floor above me there is satellite for positioning. The navigation itself. Better is almost impossible.

2 stars and I'm still thinking if the Navi goes back again.
The advertised in the sales text "free map updates" does not seem to take the company Becker seriously. On the download portal is also advertised. Only one does not find. All map material which is listed, is chargeable.
So e-mail to Support.Die promte response refers to the manufacturer of the card material. So Navteq. They had received my problem there. Answer by Navteq. They would not have jurisdiction, I should like to address the device manufacturer.
