Despite the negative reviews, I decided to buy it. This is because the negative reviews mainly relate to the use of the Internet and that was not relevant to me.
For the price of 40 euros you get thoughtful goods. For me it was important that I can use USB and SD card to an old television and that works.

Addendum: Reduced to three stars because the component input is not working. Almost funny: You must have an HDMI connection to configure the component input at all.
