Gennerell the housing is easy to uninstall and to assemble. Simple and functional in style. Be careful with drives from the "IBM R52" despite endsprechender information do not seem to fit all optical drives from the "IBM R52". After mounting the housing remained a gap of about 1-2 mm leaves what suggests that there have been various drives in the R52.
