External housing (2.5 inch SATA) SSD, HDD and optical drives

The external hard drive enclosure is with me since 2 weeks without problems with a Sony BC-5600S to USB 2.0 as a standard DVD burner and BluRay-ROM.
Installation is very simple and Windows7 not require any additional drivers.
To play BluRay but it requires an additional power supply (USB power supply), the connection of the supplied second cable into an available USB port does not always provide for the BD operation enough power and thus leads to longer interruptions, which does not occur with power supply.

Optical drives and HDD / SSD caddy can be easily removed from the case, thanks to the bottom into the housing integrated ejection lever, which allows a comfortable change of operating with different drives.

To notice would be even that it is a "plastic housing in the aluminum design" and not, as indicated in the Produktbeschteibung to a metal housing.

The housing is generally processed very well, looks good, does what it should and deserves therefore necessarily my buy recommendation.
