After only 5 weeks using the machine adopted with an error message. The item could not be returned, but was handed over to an authorized service provider Amazon. The settlement for the repair done promptly and easily. After a few days the machine was returned. The old error is well fixed, but moved the drawer, so that the contact indicates an open machine and the preparation is excluded.
Unfortunately, a very cheap process, which obviously greatly error prone also.
Also I found the cover letter of the art after the repair as very irritating. They announced the replacement of the defective part to goodwill (at absolute lowest prices!) And told me to clean the machine regularly. On the one hand I do that and indeed more frequent and intense than in the respective manuals recommended to others a coffee machine should not be contaminated with two cup a day for good four weeks use such that several parts must be replaced.
So I can not here Saeco mooring quality and certainly not issue a buy recommendation!
