As usual manufacturers gives less and months.
No small case to protect the device during transport.
No cable connection to a camera -> Computer
No memory card adapter (none of which are delivered) and a USB port
...
Anyway not great.
The only positive is that the charger is independent.
Sony (not the name) must connect the unit directly to the socket with the cord provided with, which can cause some "accident" because it is rather short.
...
Small advice (if you do not have one before): buy an SD memory card together with the device as it has no internal memory.

This is not a manual!
It is a very quick start guide.
Because even if it is thick pages for us are very limited (and it's like that for all other languages)
What does it induces? -> Should fend ALONE to understand and operate the equipment properly.

Please visit the Canon website, look for the device, select the manual download.
Worse if you want to use the cannon software for your computer it will increasingly enter the serial number of the camera!
I wonder if they could not do more complicated ...
So as you may have read up here: I'm rather very unhappy with this policy of "dem z **** you" now that you have bought, the other is nothing book.
The device itself:
Well finished, is holding properly.
Very light.
Everything falls under the finger naturally.
The flash is manual, you have to clear it out to use it (and it is not motorized) it is one thing to keep in mind when one is evening.
Ignition is fast (no more).
The screen is not a definition of the best (but it is relative to the price).
The information is clear enough (everything is in French), the menu controls less correctly photos.
Of course it has some "gadgets" such as random shooting (it takes several shots with effects)
Zooming is quite correct for this type of equipment and price.
Even at the bottom stabilizer does his office and if only one is not the shakes the picture is clear.
In the evening, the low light mode is a bit light for my taste, even background pictures are not very clear, but on the other hand they are not too noisy.
We long for the exhibition is flanged to 15 sec max and even on a tripod and I think it captures less light than my old Sony.
Video allows the HD, but I find it actually a little "standard", however it allows to do some altogether and quality.
The zoom works with video, however, impossible to take a snapshot recording.
For the image is clean, no frills, a bit cold (for my taste) but frankly for the price we pay for.
Remains the last point: The transmission of images on other media (pc / mac / mobile)
This device has wi-fi (they removed the gps consuming and requires a lot of time to calibrate) saw that we have no connection cable (supplied) must transfer the photos by wi-fi.
Via my mobile (you will need a smartphone, I have a Nexus 4 Android but I guess they have planned an App ios) must download a gun application and then open a point wi-fi connection, launch the 'canon app, to recognize the device (for that we must go into the camera's menus to make it visible) and establish connection with password.
Both say right away: THIS IS NOT VERY PUBLIC!
But I concede everything to work the first time.
Therefore this app allows you to transfer the photos on the cloud, sms, etc.
The computer is another thing because at the moment I only used my old memory card adapter which makes things much easier.
In conclusion:
I do not deny that I am rather unhappy with the supplied accessories, the oracular Manual, from the requirement to have a mobile / computer with mastery of wi-fi ...
While the unit itself is not bad. Especially for this price level.
Zooming is quite correct, stability is there.
Ergonomics are good, finishing ok.
In short one is more upset than this camera does not suffer from major default, but that we should fight for everything else (hence the 3 * - 4 for the device and 1 * for at sides) .
