Sometimes life writes exciting and fascinating at the same time interesting stories. And that applies this knowledge in the field of music that is fully up to date demonstrated by the You + Me project in an impressive way. Rock-Pop tube Pink learns there by chance by her husband Dalles Green, a Canadian singer who so far with his albums became very successful west of the Atlantic know. Both recognize the shortest possible time, that they love the same kind of music and also have similar preferences and approaches when writing songs. And so Pink aka Alecia Moore decides then decided more or less short, Dalles Green invite into their studio to Los Angeles, to let off to write with him for fun one or two songs and take. But after a short time in the studio two is clear that they seem to be musical soulmates. The ideas and songs bubbling just so out of them, and after less than a week after already eight songs were finished writing, the two decided to record a full length album. Contrary to the other songs, which one is accustomed to in this country especially from Pink, beats from "Rose Ave.," the title of the debut album of You + Me in an entirely different direction. The duo has for this track can be incorporated into the peculiarity of the moment and implemented the adult from this constellation peace and balance in ten beautiful acoustic folk-pop ballads. Musically determined by the acoustic guitar, accompanied the music the singing of two artists on shallow kind, thus providing the singing of the title to the fore.
