Brutal, dark and deadly - a masterpiece!

A long time I did not know what to write about this. Not that I did not understand the music or liked, no, I was afraid to find words for this intensive work. Aealo is unique, that's already established. ROTTING CHRIST are unique, not only because of the courage for such a band name, which already denied them some gigs. It is also the fusion of heavy Death Metal and Greek folklore.

Some getting used to the title track begins with Greek female vocals that are a bit annoying, but at the latest when the brutal riffs and heavy drums will use clear that this is an inevitable element of style of ROTTING CHRIST, the hypnotized you and transported to another world.

Mesmerizing is the riffing in the atmosphere brimming with Eon Aenaos. This comes up with another Greek folk elements, although a draw unmistakable common thread through this album, but act very rarely obtrusive. ROTTING CHRIST have converted me with Aealo to their faith and showed that death metal and folk not equal Pagan must mean. This work is intense, violent, unique and innovative. From Black Metal no trace, but brutal, dark and deadly.
