Pro:
+ Tea maker after Brühprinzip: The tea is really infused with boiling water!
+ High mesh metal filter is very durable and relatively easy to clean (unlike previous Kunststoffiltern)
Cons:
- The noise is the very loud crack getting used to
- The pot dripping quite strong when serving
- The water level indicator is (would be a bit clearer plastic here much better) when filling difficult to read
- The brewing time setting (2-10 minutes) to work gradually and is quite inaccurate
- Required in the fully switched off, the engine power (although I have measured just under 2 watts - but that does not have to be in a critique below were reported as the standby current considerably more -. But that's probably with active hotplate measured - and that the current is needed yeah)
- Teeablagerungen at the end of Brühbehälters are difficult to clean (but is rarely necessary)
- No timer (The old "Teatime" tea making facilities were there with Timer - so that in the morning at the tea was finished 7h
- No temperature adjustment - thus for green tea usually unsuitable
- The automatic shutdown of the hotplate after 1h is not switched off - so who wants to keep warm his tea for a longer period, has a separate similar Stöfchen use
- Cooking container covered up (the disabled not only the rapid filling, but it does not look the Verkaulkungsgrad This was achieved better with the old machine from Princess.)
Conclusion:
* Since there is probably no other tea maker after Brühprinzip, the CASO TeeGourmet my strong buy recommendation
* None of the above problems is serious enough to discourage the purchase
* Due to the amount of weaknesses but I forgive only 3 stars - in the hope that the manufacturer (or a whole competition) brings an improved successor to the market - the then earned more stars.
