Read this first volume, this deluxe edition, was therefore a great surprise combined with a return to the big time. Excellent surprise because the manga is actually very good. Actually, I did not think that a comic can be as captivating as it was the cartoon, very focused on fighting, pyrotechnics based cosmo-energy, etc. And yet, from the first pages with Seyia who completes his training in Athens, one is caught up in the story as though we already knew.
Incidentally, I do not know if this is my memory playing tricks on me or the operation of the cartoon which differs from the manga, but it seems to me that things were not presented in the same order. So there would be differences between the DA and the BD - which is a positive point in my opinion, as a token of surprises even when we already know the animated series.
Volume 1 This focused primarily on the Pegasus Knight continues until bronze knights tournament, and ends before the arrival of the knight of the dragon.
So much for the content.
Let's talk about publishing now. The title "luxury" is not usurped. Large format pages, some pages in color, paper quality above average manga editions, new translation (which can destabilize the beginning because the names of such attacks are now VO (ex. "Pegasus ryuseiken") with translation page base note) ...
22 volumes are planned in all for this edition, against 28 for traditional publishing. In other words, despite the higher price of each volume, the price difference will be ultimately very low - so if you have a choice, prefer this edition, much better!
