C & C Generals: 2 stars?

Can not really understand the bad review of the game, especially since was mainly yes really only criticized that the parties are no longer in the original General named, and the soldiers were turned into cyborgs.
I say this only: So what? the original C & C came 2 fictitious parties and cyborg armies out with (only). also: who thinks they know, that these are really cyborgs? the voices distorted sound even more authentic for me because the voice connection on a battlefield has certainly not 95% coverage and noise-free. ) =
The game is considered to be actually pretty good. The graphics engine is second to none, the animation of the troops (for example if a passing jeep is hit by a missile, it explodes, blows up and the occupants out of it ... insanity) extremely well and realistically, the voice acting is consistent , the gameplay in sum quite balanced.
negative attention to me is that the presentation of desire rather to not optimal; the excellent videos of the previous one never sees, at best cutscenes in-game graphics, even at the end of a campaign lacking a rendered final sequence.
