It is advertised that the cans are completely sealed, which should be confirmed by a popping noise when closing. That's the A & O and I go simply once confidently assume that this information is also correct. The clicking sound is also to be heard clearly. However, I read in another review that ever has leaked. Can that really be dense ?? (Addendum: Lt comment Emsa the doses are intended for dry goods and can definitely not pests through!)
Unlike Tupper, Lock & Lock and Co it's nice not having to laboriously fiddle with snap fasteners or the placing together of the edges when sealing: These cans close always and do not warp in the dishwasher (the latter is my other Frischhaltedosen, also quality, even occasionally even happened). Here the placement of the lid is relatively easy, when you open but you have to draw quite well.
The cans make a very strong impression - lt Emsa even unbreakable! -and are definitely the most beautiful tins far and wide. The combi transparent and white is very well done.
Skeptical I am with the form: She looks, as I said, really good, but square instead rounded here I would find for stacking in narrow shelves or refrigerator but cheaper. Furthermore, the top of the cover is not flat, but they have a depression, which I do not find the optimum. Although the doses of the same type fit together well, but if added doses of other makes, it can sometimes be shaky. And ultimately applies: Form follows function.
Dishwasher is of course no problem, freezing is not (well, does not matter), but unfortunately no microwave. This is another drawback for me.
Another plus: the material is BPA and free of pollutants.
Conclusion: High quality and beautiful. Actually, there is hardly anything to complain about. A bit of bother me that any shakiness during stacking and lack microwaveability. One has to just bear in mind that there are dry storage containers. If that is enough, which is served very well here.
