The kitchen scale is flat, light and do what they must. Exactly it is of course. The only thing that bothers me is the grease stain susceptibility of the roughened surface, which is just as well as hard to clean. Otherwise, a first-class brand products, which came in a very costly package which was probably heavier than the scale itself.
