Pro:
+ Display for easy menu navigation: for the individual adjustment of the coffee temperature, the Entkalkungskreislauf, the water hardness, the water filter installation, the standby time (30, 60 and 180 minutes) and the display contrast
+ Cappuccinatore for creamy milk froth (awesome)
+ Individually adjustable coffee strength for each cup
+ Not too loud
Cons:
- No water level indicator on the tank, but 1.5 l are sufficient already out for a couple of cups ;-)
Who can look over these small errors of time is well advised with this machine.
Tip from a Restaurantfachfrau!
As I've often read as a negative point that the bar glasses do not fit with the machine under the coffee spout. The espresso bar for a never goes out of the machine directly into the glass! The pressure would be too great and after all, the bar is characterized by its three-layered yes. ;-)
- Fill glass under the Cappuccino with milk and foam, is automatic.
- A small coffee in a small cup can enter and leave then very carefully run into the glass.
A good cappuccino is a coffee with milk froth on it and not with milk in it. ;-)
- Fill a small container (small measuring cup) under the cappuccino maker, not quite full. ;-)
- Big coffee pour into a cup and give very careful the top of the milk container located all foam with a spoon on the coffee. Finished!
Low-fat milk is not recommended as milk foam! It is true that already but whole milk is better.
Whoever complained at the machines on the quality of the milk foam should then but EHR solution for professional users for at least 1.400, - Euro grab and not 400, - Euro. Clear the foam in the cafes is better, but these machines also cost as much as a small car and the foam is usually made with a special foam nozzle and does not come directly from the machine!
