At some point, in tubing something fixed, especially in milk hoses for espresso / pad machines; so also in the ours, a Petra KM 42.17. As still a friend of the maintenance and not the exchange, but we were looking for some time for a suitable cleaning brush (not only for the pad machine) and was then finally able to find here.

Note:
Tube brushes with 1.5mm diameter are according to my experience for Petra hoses and most pad / coffee machines too thin.
