By clamping connections the part is to be connected quickly and reliably fulfilled so far its purpose. The size is not too big that you can comfortably somewhere behind or slide under it. If so I would again need a radio control with dimmer, I would probably buy me the part again - even if it does not feel particularly valent (it is quite easy and completely made of plastic), I find it processed well.
