Command and mainstream?

Were promised a lot of innovation, what has remained, a real-time strategy game is like any other. Added to this come so few things that simply reading a good game - simply can not be - especially for the price range.

On the one hand, clearly there is C & C. It plays like C & C and it is really nothing to complain about, only if I somehow play a quasi-remake of StarCraft, then hears it somewhere. The infantry can dig example now that the eventual bunker then have striking similarity with the bunkers of the Terrans from StarCraft is then probably just a coincidence. Just as a third party (the Scrin) will be thrown out of nowhere in the game ... reminds one also of StarCraft.

In addition, I had to defend before the Pentagon free (with quasi watchtowers) or Washington and since then one wonders again where the idea remains that what eg C & C1 has identified.

Meanwhile you just can not always pour the same, because that is for me the new C & C. A tired rehash of predecessors. Added to this come a bad Synchro of high quality videos, as well as some from my eyes film technical glitches, such as the fact that in talks no tripod was used and therefore the pursuit of the action is tiring and after a short time relatively quickly went to the nuts to me. Added to this comes ne selection of B-movie actors who play then even more bad than good (one is already in C & C3 - flown Tiberian Sun with the nose, why do you do it again?) And finally well-known bugs, such as the pathing of units and the gravierenste from my eyes fault that you have not taken on board to let Frank Klepacki write to the soundtrack, which accounts for from my eyes Command & Conquer.

Since one then rightly asks itself where the development has remained? If this is just purely flowed into the graphics engine (which is really what fancier) and the actors have flowed, so not much left in the end over and that is very sad for a series of games, which is an excellent start at Westwood and EA gradually after totgewirtschaftet.

In short, from my eyes the game is not worth buying ... who wants to have a real C & C, is a should his brilliant predecessors do, but not this version.

Also I would like to say for all the Grafikfetschisten: It does not need murder graphics to produce a good game, this particular have the beginnings of computer game age shown.
