There is a 50 / 1.4. Nothing more - less not. There is no per lens and 1.4 is very soft. Just like Nikon and Canon. Vignette: Yes - but not bad.

If we compare times with ...
- Canon 50 / 1.4, Nikon 50 / 1.4: Comparable
- Minolta 50 / 1.7: The Minolte Vignetted start to FF. On APS-C, it is ok. The Minolta has nicer colors. An FF wins clear Sony
- Sony 50 1.7: Only works on APS-C. Because I find it almost incredible. One aperture more you can save.
