Complicated and disappointing

I chose this model for the price and because I found these pretty phones with their backlit blue color but they are especially disappointing for use: complicated to use without consulting the manual to program the previous directory (only 20 correspondents Registered! and 12 characters maximum for each !!), ringtones, etc ...
