we have very hard water. Since self-help no decalcification.

The cartridges make sure that we have no problems with the coffee machine and have him decalcify rarely. (Only about 800-900 cases) which is already half a year to year makes in the household.

only 4 stars because of the price is covered, but unfortunately that is all manufacturers that way. Only a lot of money for the fully automatic and then even more money for the spare parts. For the coffee tastes great of course!
