I shall say at once that I'm pretty excited about this woman. It not only has a great voice, but also a brilliant radiance. She's pretty as a picture and draws the viewer into its spell, as well as the recording of their debut concert in Berlin proves. I am as happy as a lark that finally a "pop" singer is in Germany, which stands out from the mash. Although Andrea Berg and Helene Fischer can prove higher sales figures, I hear this album "precision landing" much better. It's just different music, fresh and relaxed. It's just plain and simple LINDA HESSE.
To my absolute favorites are - of course - "I'm not a man" and "DBEA". Where me and the song "Meeting Point" and the ballad "Come please do not" to inspire white. To this end, I would undoubtedly 5 star awarded fats.
The rest of the songs are - well - not really catchy tunes you would expect from a newcomer album but also should not be expected. Lyrically it would "Single Mom" can certainly omit. The melodies are otherwise quite simple, the lyrics for this very thoughtful here and there. I like that!
Those looking for music, has the potential for more, stands out from the everyday Schlagerbrei and the simply fun while listening - this is the place!
My wish for Linda, that it remains so down to earth and approachable. Maybe a next album is a little more pop, a beautiful piano ballad I could imagine her voice also fantastic! :-)
And no, this does not prescribe a pensioner. Here writes a 16 year old young man who has not taken the anti-pop attitude. In this sense! :-)
LONG LIVE "LINDA HESSE" ;-)
