Scream Aim Fire (Audio CD)

Customer Review

That one is strongly observed on the second album and also harshly criticized, especially is normal after such a successful debut as "Poison". That man wants to evolve as a band as well.
This is B4MV with SCREAM also clearly succeeded the songs are more in the direction of "NWOBHM" 80 and stand out by far less screaming and thrashing and for more speed from the debut.
Nevertheless, the songs sometimes seem almost anything "unkind" composed. Here sometimes missing just the really exciting elements, Song parts and riffs so you do not hear any other metal band. The impression remains that there is much already somewhere else one way or another heard similar.
But what bothers wirlich: The vocals are delivered with so much ballert effects that the fine itself to sound the voice can only imagine yet. In addition, you probably puts more emphasis on the guitars, these drown out everything, even the vocals. Too bad the singing / screaming on Poison was what the band has taken off from the masses ...

Nevertheless, 4 stars, for metal fans to recommend as absolutely, B4MV are still better than 90% of the remaining metal bands.
