we have both the lurch burner, as well as this one. against the lurch is the Tristar a tiny but sufficient for caramelize completely. the Tristar burner missing the switch for continuous operation and safety lock, that here you have to turn on the gas and light the rear. Another drawback: Show flowing gas as soon as it resolves the wheel, while the lurch of the pistol grip same time, in which releases gas and ignites.
