DC detected on iPad 3

For me the most important: It runs on iPad 3 without problems.
Very good value for money, strong buy recommendation.

Pictures and videos are immediately detected and indicated to copy, delete individual maps of the content upon import possible.

Important for photos:
Pictures and sub-folders of images must be stored in the DCIM folder of the card, the file name may not be longer than 8 characters. Supports JPEG and RAW format is.

Important for Files
Again above (DCIM folder, 8 characters). Supported format .MP4 lt. Apple specifications.
I have converted a .AVI video as follows in .MP4:
Video Stream: AVC ( [email protected] )
Audio stream: AAC (Version 4) (LC)
Resolution 1280x720 (HD)

When importing the videos will be displayed under "Events" in the Photo folder. Copying is not the fastest (microSD / HC, 32GB, Index-4), but you can live with.
Thus, one has the possibility to carry a small video library without the internal memory of the iPad to overload.

USB and other functions have not yet been tested, verify the quality of the adapter and the cables. Manual in English, but self-explanatory.
