defective, no response of the company, in response

I bought Kingston HyperX PC3-12800 memory 8GB and went then assume that there is an 8gb bars.
But when there were 2x 4GB bar and I wanted to spare my return, I have canceled my 2nd pack.
Because I was going to buy a new motherboard with 4xDDR3 Slotts.

As it was now ready, I unfortunately had to find that in the 2nd pack latches are broken .. (both ..)

Then I approached the seller it, but I was told that the warranty has expired and it does not accept the item back. When I had, however, the company wrote to it a second time, I was not even an answer to them more value.

Find the very weak from "SNOGARD Computer GmbH" that not to usability (goodwill) is respected. Just because you do not immediately unpack all items to see if they do not send me defective product ...

Because it was only natural for me to get for his money and what you ordered ... (no broken DDR3 bars)
