Fryer tried last weekend. To make fries for 2 people, you have to put 2 liters of oil into the tray. It may be reused 9 times. The oil should go up to 170 degrees to pre-cook the fries. It quickly reaches operating temperature in less than 10 minutes. You dip your fries in 7 minutes at 170 degrees tray. Then for the second baking, you climb 175 degrees for 4 minutes to brown. And voila, wash utensils in hot water, it's super easy, it's clean and the fries are delicious !! I recommend the 3-liter model (which I own) that can make fries for 4 people.
