Occupationally I've tried many Timers and constantly 5 to 6 pieces in use. The reason why I have now decided on this model is that it (make minutes, seconds and provide start / stop) for timers with only 3 buttons is annoying to enter higher numbers. Wilm one example 45 seconds or 45 minutes to adjust, then you have the one or other alarm before 20 seconds to the seconds / minutes remain button, or press 45 times on it. With this alarm clock you have 45 seconds at only 4 and 5 press in accordance with minutes twice zero. So far so good. Unfortunately, the buttons are quite small, and I have with my normal big men hands a bit careful that I meet properly, especially in the heat of battle. In addition, the magnet does not stick strongly enough the clock. The magnet is attached to the bracket, with which one can festklipsen the alarm clock, for example at the trousers, which protrudes quite far from the alarm clock. Typing now a button that is not in the center of the alarm clock, it tilts and falls down. This happens very quickly. And to make it equal to say: This problem most devices. However, among other things, the TFA 38.2013 has a built-in magnet housing of almost flush with the case, so that this problem occurs only with very rough handling. The TFA 38.2013 is in my opinion the best of all timer I had been in use. Now the other case that we want to make only a minute or two: in this model, I have to press for one minute: 1 - 0 - 0 - start, ie 4 keystrokes. In a three - key model I press Min - starting, so with only two keystrokes. Now, one may conclude that there over 3 min with this model here faster / better off than with a three-button model. But it is not so, earliest 10 minutes it's comfortable here, because it is much faster 10 times to press the key as large enough minutes to 1-0-0-0 on the small keys. The signal is loud enough to be heard even from far away or from other rooms or with ambient noise. Nevertheless, I would not buy this device but rather the TFA 38.2013
