bought this machine here, though not new, but used for little more than 20th. At the 2nd time it was noticeable that the machine is not overheated despite red lamp. So, I thought it is only a small defect, and why should I return the machine, it's not worth all the effort, especially as I can so as an electronics repair something yourself. And I had already disposed of the original box. The fault was a defective relay, which is easily accessible if you decrease the base plate. Coincidentally, I had a suitable relay there, and so the matter was settled quickly. Now makes the machine what to, and the cafe tastes good.
