Perfect but visionary manual

This small timer is to use a report / incredibly low prices. It works perfectly and also perfectly fills the use for which it is intended. For cons, the manual is ... ludicrous. Half Chinese (I do not know about you, but I do not understand) and the other may be in English but an almost incomprehensible English. Too bad all the same that the manufacturer has not bothered to commission a translation into French or English real limit. But even without a user manual, you soon realize the operation.
