Both devices is the low output power of 2x2.5 W eff. together what however enough if you can not do without the adjustable bass anyway.
We opted for the Road Star.
The tuner comes without memory keys in transistor radio-like manner, therefore, but with the wire antenna a remarkably good reception, the tuning is easy.
The CD player works fine but slow to respond to commands. Exclusively for the CD player a very meaningful remote is included because the keys are hardly visible on the installation.
The turntable needle often jumps out of the grooves, which have been criticized other equally. But what a little more aware that the turntable of 1960ger-years had exactly the same problem, because even then the Counterweight not let set. So you had with weights (caution !!) improved.
So now stuck in our Roadstar a M5 nut (M3 upsampled) by black electrical tape on the set piece between tonearm and needle carrier and is hardly noticeable.
And thus it is functioning properly.
The Roadstar is a feast for the eyes and it makes for the small operation really fun record hang up. And the best part is that LPs are not remastered really sound like the time. The more excited because a good Hi-Fi Sound verschlimmbessert these seemingly more.
The Roadstar makes for> 40 years of really good mood if one optimizes the Counterweight.
Very strong buy recommendation as a universal device unless the design pleases and fits.
A device to fall as long as it keeps for years.
